we are launching this small collection of earrings handmade by artisans to support the community in times of need. we recognize the minimal use of artificial materials in this collection & are working with the team to see how we can replace them with natural materials. the fact that this was handmade by a community of artisans in a safe workplace where they are paid atleast 25% higher wages than industry and during covid when employment opportunities were rare, compelled us to include this collection in our curation. each pair takes about 4-5 hours on average for an artisan to make.
