Shipping & Return Policy

Domestic orders: we ship across India

  • Domestic Shipping is free for all orders above 5,000 INR to be delivered in India. 
  • Standard Domestic Shipping is based on volumetric weight of the item for orders below 5,000 INR.

International orders: we ship to all countries

  • International Shipping is free for all orders above 300 USD (or it's equivalent) across all countries we deliver to.
  • Standard International Shipping is based on volumetric weight of the item for orders below 300 USD (or it's equivalent). 
  • Special note: If you're buying from outside India, but shipping the products to an India address, please reach out to us at hello@papreeka.store & we will help you navigate the shipping prices.

Shipping

  • All products will arrive within 4 weeks of placing an order. Almost all of our products are made-to-order, consciously. Most products will be shipped between 5-10 business days after the order is confirmed. Please read the product descriptions for any exceptions in delivery times before placing your order. Due to covid-19 restrictions in different cities, please expect unforseen delays in shipping. We appreciate your choice in being slow & conscious. 
  • Some of our products are shipped directly from the brands. If you have purchased products from multiple brands, these products could reach you at different times in installments as each might be processing their own shipping.
  • In case we are unable to fulfill your order due to unexpected delays in production or on , we will cancel your order and offer you a full refund.
  • For all international orders, we collate the items from different brands (if applicable) at our HQ & send it to you in one package.
  • For all international orders, customs and duties will have to be paid on arrival by the customer if applicable.

Returns

  • We do not process returns or refunds. All our products are conscious and it takes a huge effort on several people's parts to bring a single item to your home - we ensure utmost care in QA, packaging & shipping them to you. Please feel free to ask us all the questions about the items itself. We appreciate your choosing to be slow & making sure that you really want the item before making a purchase.
  • In case of damage to the product, please write to us at hello@papreeka.store and we can work with you to find a resolution.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges since all our products are non-size at the moment.
